Tucked in an exclusive community named Tahiti Beach Island, the huge home on 1.42 acres landed on the market this week for $39.5 million. The mansion with the Tuscan-style exterior was built in 2009 by architect Ramon Pacheco. It has 10 beds and 10.5 baths.
“There are several reasons that make this one-of-a-kind home special,” says listing agent Irina Artemova of Luxe Living Realty. “This estate actually sits on its own private white-sand beach fronting the Atlantic Ocean. A vast majority of the beaches in Miami are actually public, making this home a true paradise.”
The property last changed hands for $18 million in 2014; the following year, the homeowner secured a $11.4 million loan to completely renovate the interior space. Work was completed in 2016.

The modern and sleek home now offers soaring ceilings, multiple entertainment spaces, formal and casual dining rooms, two kitchens, a wine cellar, media room with theater seating, a gym, a sauna, and an elevator.
Outdoors, the covered space includes lounge seating and a barbecue area, along with a heated pool. Other fun perks include a bar with mood lighting. The lighting, music, air conditioning, and even the TVs can be controlled with an iPad.
The property came on the market in 2017 for $45 million, and then reintroduced in 2018 at the same price. With no takers, the price has now been reduced.
The home sits among pricey company. Down the street, the most expensive home ever sold in the Miami area just closed for $50 million. Although not officially on the market, it reportedly measured 20,000 square feet and came with 2 acres overlooking Biscayne Bay. It featured a 3,000-square-foot master suite, rooftop lawn, and 3D movie theater.
In comparison, this Coral Gables listing appears to be a deal of sorts. And bonus, you’ll score a celeb neighbor. Former NBA star Ray Allen apparently owns the place next door.
