Here’s something to croon about. A massive mansion built on the site of ’60s heartthrob Dean Martin’s former pad in Beverly Hills, CA, is up for sale. Priced at $75 million, it’s this week’s most expensive new listing on realtor.com®.
The mansion was constructed in 1995 by mall developer Guilford Glazer and his wife, Diane Glazer, according to the Wall Street Journal. The enormous residence sits on 1.65 acres and boasts 27,470 square feet of living space, including six bedrooms and 8.5 baths. The primo location just off Mountain Drive is where Martin lived for a couple of decades after buying it in the ’50s.
The property last changed hands in 1989 for $6.5 million. Now known as the Glazer estate, the modern build features a long driveway, rolling hills, and a 98-foot-long outdoor pool.
Hilton and Hyland President Jeff Hyland says the mansion is a “rare gem” and offers “the ultimate in refinement and architectural prowess.”
Constructed of concrete and glass, the mansion features a “water lounge” surrounded by ponds on all sides. Ready for fundraisers, events, and large-scale soirees, the space can host over 1,000 guests.
Other luxury features include a two-story glass atrium, grand formal dining room, ballroom, and indoor pool.

The space includes a second dining room and glass-enclosed living room. The “lavish” master suite comes with dual baths and closets.
The mansion is “located on the most prime estate section of Beverly Hills on arguably the best street in the city,” Hyland says.
And if a buyer has even grander ambitions, the 1.29-acre lot next door is available for $30 million. However, if the price tag on the Glazer estate is too daunting, there are nearby homes that are more “affordable.” They include a $36 million mansion just a couple of blocks away, and a place just a half-mile up the road for $21 million.
Guilford died in 2014 and Diane died in 2019, according to the Journal.
